Been there before, but I'm just trying out this one...

So, what is your fav TPE album?

This week, my fav is Babble... with Fireproof as a runner up...

If I had to choose it would be Chemicrazy ... just. But I love them all. Been listening to end of the millenium... quite a lot recently. Under The Sky - what a way to end an album...

There's so many ways to see/hear the albums... from the young and rebbellious MPT, via the energetic and angry Babble, the funky pop on TEOTMPB, the cool rocky poppy Chemicrazy, to the explosive rocky Fireproof.

Depending on my mood I usually listen to at least one or two albums from start to finish every week.

I've also got two different "mixed-cd's with TPE, picking the all time fav tracks from each album, categorizing it in one "rocky" set and one more laid back set. those discs arre stuck in the car mostly.... Nothing beats Starting off the day on my way to work, with for example "Gogglebox" and "Detonate my dreams". Heading home after a busy day listening to "Under the sky" or "For what it's worth"...

Last time we compared notes on best album, MPT and Babble won the poll.. wouldn't be surprised if that happened again, due to the fact that those two albums got TPE the most media press. The remaining albums have been so badly passed by, almost neglected by the music press and the audience... a real shame. Imho the last two albums are at least, if not better, composed, played and produced. Just listen to Fireproof.... a stunning album.

As there has been a poll of this type before, why not run one on the worst LP cover, even by their own admitance the Petrols LP sleeves were hardly Iconic!
